Adding internal value for Edit Choices

Using the “Choices Callback Feature in UM 2.1+” should work.
See the example where FR, ES, IT are saved to the meta_data table
and France, Spain, Italy are displayed for the User choices in the Profile field.

		"FR" => "France",
		"ES" => "Spain",
		"IT" => "Italy",
