Adding individual attributes to product variations

    I use product attributes to help products be found on my website such as colour.

    This works fine for individual products but when I use the variable option, for example with a chair that has 9 different colour choices, I cannot add to each variation an attribute value so if a user was looking for the colour orange, it would appear in the search results as a product that contains an orange option.

    Is there a way or plugin that can add this feature so my variations appear in search results based on attributes assigned to them?

    Hopefully I have explained my situation OK but any questions, please let me know.

    If I understood correctly, users should be able to search product by color and in this case colors are attributes.

    1. You can use plugin like “Search WP” which allow you to search by attributes.
