Adding Images to an Existing Slideshow

  • I am an administrator of saint-albans.org. We have a slideshow on the site’s homepage, but I am not the administrator who created it. In any case, I am trying to add an image to the images already in the slideshow. From the Dashboard, I select Slides->Add New Slide then, in the Slide Link box, I type in the link associated with the image I want to add to the slideshow (https://saint-albans.org/?attachment_id=1622)and click on the Update button. However, when I leave the admin end of the web site and go to the front end, the image isn’t included in the home page’s slideshow. How do I fix this? Thanks for any help!

    You are using the zion theme by vandelaydesign which is not available from the www.remarpro.com so it is not supported on the www.remarpro.com forums.

    The ‘nivo slider’ slideshow appears to integrated into the theme. There is documentation including how to set up the slideshow at https://vandelaydesign.com/blog/theme-documentation/zion-church/ however there doesn’t appear to be a setting for the number of slides shown, or any mention of a maximum number of slides which may be set.

    If you cannot find your answer on the theme’s documentation page, there is a link to a contact form on that site which has an option for theme support.
