Adding Images that are active links

How do i add an image that can be an active link to and a different site or a specific post on my site. I want to place several of these on the right side of my site under my facebook widget… I’m assuming this is something like creating add space, I just dont know how to do so. https://realroundtable.net/ thanks in advance
