    I just realized that we can use html right inside of the radio button name. This is what I was looking for. Solved.

    Can you elaborate on what you did? I’m looking to add a product builder form where users can choose the item, pick colors and add-ons, and then have a quote based on selections. I’ll need to add images by different choices (colors, product, etc.) and would love to know how you implemented this.

    Hi,

    You only should set the image tag in the choice’s text, for example:

    <img src=”https://wordpress.dwbooster.com/uploads/icono.jpg”&gt;
