Hello! I’ve recently started using a blog I’ve had forever (and had Photodropper on forever) and when I went to find an image, I get the following image to appear. Not exactly sure what’s causing it. I’ve disabled the caching plugin I use (WP Supercache) and have uninstalled/reinstalled it from within WP itself. Any ideas? Are there settings somewhere that should be deleted that don’t delete when I delete the plugin itself from within the site management?

    What’s showing up: https://imgur.com/a/qOahF

    Thanks in advance!

Hey there, thanks for using PD!

I’ve been pushing some updates that may have caused a few issues but I *think* it should be fixed – are you still seeing this issue?

If so, let me know and I’ll be happy to work with you to get it fixed ASAP!

Yep, still happening. I went and checked for updates and it says it was last updated 4 days ago (I installed that one yesterday).

Just pushed an update, can you try refreshing the page and re-opening PhotoDropper? No plugin update necessary. Let me know how that goes!

So opening up in Firefox had the same thing happen. Switched to Edge and it came up fine, let me login and search for an image. Switched back to Firefox and same thing, blank page.

Well, blank Photodropper window (in the page) I should say.

Hm – any chance you just need a cache refresh in Firefox to force the new code to load?

One of these should do it (depending on your operating system):

    Windows: Ctrl + F5
    Mac/Apple: Command + R

That did it! Thank you so much!!!!
