Adding Image and Tag Problem #WordPress 4.0

    Since updating to wordpress 4.0 , adding image and tag haven’t been working. When i clicked ‘ Add Media’ button, nothing happened. And i write tag text and i click ‘add’ button, again nothing happened. And again i click add link button, same result. But i can use bold, italic etc. text options.

    I have deactived all plugings but same problem is going on. I use these plugins:

    Anti-spam by CleanTalk
    Contact Form 7
    Google XML Sitemaps
    jQuery Updater
    Use Google Libraries
    User Avatar
    WordPress Ping Optimizer
    WordPress SEO
    WP Fastest Cache
