adding icons

  • On the WPAdmin menu under Settings, there’s a link called Social Stickers. In there is a tab called, Network. Add the links you wish and they appear in the widget. all the settings are there for reordering, sizes etc.

    Thank you. I found it. Now the problem I’m having is that when I set things up, when I go to my homepage and click on the icons, I get a “Page Not Found” from each network, even though I’ve entered the website URLs correctly.

    What do I do if the URLs are correct but the app doesn’t connect correctly with them? Is there some magic key to this that I’m not getting? What I’m doing is cutting and pasting the URL from each social network website into the appropriate slot on Social Stickers. Is that not the right thing to do?

    You need to enter usernames and not whole URLs.

    For instance Twitter: twitter (username of official Twitter account)
    Facebook: Your last words in the URL of Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/yourname – enter only yourname)

    etc.
