Adding icon in custom forms

Hi, currently the custom fields add-on does not have such functionality i am afraid.

How about a text field that does not allow user input but it is just there to provide information?

Is it possible to add a a tag into the form?

Registering new taxonomy (tag) will require some custom programming, please see this code snippet https://github.com/simpliko/wpadverts-snippets/blob/master/custom-taxonomies/custom-taxonomies.php

Hi. I dont mean a taxonomy. I meant an a tag. Something like this. example

Ohh i see, however currently adding HTML tags in the Custom Fields add-on is not possible.
