Adding html Link option

Hello,

Thank you for this plugin. It works great for my two check boxes. What I need to do is add a link to a document or read only text.
The check box is a code of conduct and a liability check box and each has text that needs to be read before checkout. Can this be done with your plugin or do you need to update the plugin?
