Adding Homepage link to HREF Ignore List

Let me start by saying, this plugin is pretty impressive! It was really easy to implement and configure. I’ve got it working beautifully on a site I’m developing except for one thing.

I have a three page website (Homepage and two interior pages) On the interior pages, I have sub pages w/ content loading via ajax as intended, the only problem I have is, how to properly add the homepage to the HREF Ignore List. Every time I add the homepage link to it, it obviously adds every subsequent link on the website to the list. I’ve been combing the board for answers and it seems that every topic related to this issue was left closed and unanswered.

I’m just wondering, if you have a solution for this issue, as I see I’m not the only one that has experienced this behavior.
