• I just installed WordPress 2.3 at https://www.tahitiansreunion.com. I added two static pages to the Pages category in the sidebar, but cannot seem to get the Home page to show up there. I’ve edited sidebar.php in the wp-content\themes\classic

    <?php wp_list_pages('include=...

    several times using 0, home, index.php, and `http…” etc.
    But it still doesn’t show. I put links on the other pages as a workaround.
    How do I get the home page link to appear?
    TIA

  • That’s because your home page is currently your blog – not a Static Page. So it will not be listed in Pages. If you want to keep the blog as you homepage, one way to get it to show up in your Pages list is to create a Page named Tahitians Reunion Home, Return Home, or whatever and then use a plugin like Redirectify (if you can still find it) or Redirection (https://urbangiraffe.com/plugins/redirection/) to have it direct that Page to your index (which is in this case your blog).
