Adding Group Description To Group Directory Card

I’d like to add the group description to the group card on the group directory page and wondered if anyone here has done this already. I assume there might be some code to add somewhere but I lack the skill to do this myself. I’ve previously used Yousify Support who have always been very helpful but the lisence expired last month. I do intend to renew the license but can’t do so for a few months yet so I thought I’d ask here in the meantime.
