Adding German Austrian and English without region

Hi,
first of all thank you for the great plugin, the best multilingual without doubt.
Is it possible to add Austrian German (de_AT) in the languages list?
Moreover for my project I need to have an international english section and a local english section. Could be useful for others adding non-localized English?
