Adding gateway fees to subscription

hey folks,

I recently bought your plugin. Thanks for making it. Really useful. ??

Running into a problem right now, as the fee is not added to recurring pricings coming from another plugin: https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/

As you can see in the screenshots, it charges correctly for the first payment, but not for the ongoing payment:

In the order summary you see also that it apparently gets that there is a second type of charge, but does not calculate the additional fees for it.

Can you help me solve that?
