Adding Full Size Calendar to a Page

I would like to have a tab on my blog, that will lead to a page with a full-sized calendar on it (so i can add events to it, etc). Know how to add a full page calendar on a site? I’m using the Neo-Sapien 0.5 theme. I’m new to this and would really appreciate any help I can get, thanks!
