adding free store pick up config

    Hi,

    I purchased you plugin and its working fine so far.

    I have a quick question.

    I want to add store pick up as one of the options, but I want customer to pay only state tax. We are in District of Columbia and Only DC client pay tax.

    Keep in mind I already have Standard and Expedited Shipping based on calculated by Cart total amount.

    How can I achieve this?
