Adding Free Coupon

I tried to post on the WP Sharks but doesn’t let me post some technical error.

So I wanted to add a coupon section for the team so they can add the coupon code and apply for free registration. The issuse I am having I can’t get the coupon section to appear in the free registration and if I add it as a Level 1 it keeps asking me for me to PayPal config. I don’t want to use PayPal just a free registration option and a code for the team to add in. The reason why is we are trying to avoid random people from joining or site.
