Adding Forminator to a button

hi i was recently using hustle to add my forminator service request form to a button, it was on the url i added above under the orange send us a message and on mobile at the mobile header service request, im not sure what happend, but under the button ids i have service-request which worked before for the pop up and i didnt change any settings on hustle or forminator, i do have the free elementor form and had a plugin master addons that let you add custom css on elementor, i had deleted that plugin because i thought i wasnt using it, and maybe it had the css for the pop up on it is the only thing that i can think happend. i reinstalled the plugin but still doesnt work again not 100% sure that is even the issue, i read the link you answered another question someone had with trying to do the same thing and all settings are correct from the past
