Adding Form Field Value to URL on Submit and Redirect

Hi, I want to append the value the user enters for the [your-name] field to the URL after submission and redirecting to a thank you page.
Basically, I want this: https://www.example.com/thank-you?%5Byour-name%5D
I have the redirect working in the additional settings field. How do I add this last part?
