adding floating image/div on background based on page id

  • Is there a way for me to add an image on top of my background image.

    My main page content is layered on top of a background. The backgrounds are controlled by the theme. I can have various backgrounds for each page. I want a layered div/image to float on top of that background on say ONLY my ABOUT US page.

    How would I do that.

    I though I could use the page id, some css and html, but I have a feeling this will involve php, which is why I cant figure it out.
