Adding Flash header with nav to WP theme
-
I have managed to make a flash header with nav that works with WP theme. The theme I worked with initially is the default (Kubrick).
Basically what I did was take out the header, then make a table based page in Dreamweaver with the flash header in top cell then iframe with WP content as source there.
What a hack.
Maybe someone else has done this.
The issue here has to do with making the iframe go to 100%. I have trolled a lot of forums and nobody’s fix works. SO I just made my iframe height 2000px and make scrolling auto in case it ever runs more.
Take a look and let me know. This link is still in a temp directory. WHen I launch the full site with more WP page content I will come back and update the link here.
There are still some issues but overall it works pretty well.
