sorry, i followed the instructions the same way as the example and recommended guide, and nothing works. this is so unbelievably complicated, just to add a ‘Last Name’ field. just as my other post, any changes i want to make, does not stick after pressing ‘save’. i don’t know what’s wrong?

Hi @lkovalenko, would you mind posting your answer here too? It would really help other users who may be in this situation too. Also specify the newsletter/autoresponder service provider you are using i.e. mailchimp, aweber…
