Adding FB Like Button

Hi all,

I found a great site to add the facebook ‘like button’ to my page.

However, it does not seem to communicate directly with my website, how do I add additional communications so that the link on my website goes directly to my page?

Or that if someone clicks ‘like’ on my webpage, it automatically updates my facebook site?
