Adding Facebook and Email Share Options

I am interested in adding an option to share posts via Facebook and Email to the lists of favorited posts. This will display inline with a link to the post, and a link to delete the post from favorites. It will be styled in a table in order to make it aesthetically pleasing, and will be integrated with the pagination code. I would also like to know how to compile a full list of all the favorites, and optionally send that in Email format to the user’s email address. The purpose of this is, of course, to allow easy sharing of post via Facebook and other social media, but also to allow users to save or share a permanent copy of their favorites list in their email. I feel this functionality is necessary for the user experience.
The problem is, i’m not too sure how I would go about accomplishing this. Additionally, how would I share the results if I succeeded?
