Hey sir thanks for the response. I have looked at that page several times and it is still foreign to me. I have absolutely no idea what I am looking at or where to even begin with the stuff on that page. Any way I can get a literal step-by-step instructions from literally my WordPress dashboard to finish?

Hi Jeff,

I am assuming the process above will work for adding custom content instead of a form field? I am wanting to add some basic HTML to be displayed above the login form.

where do i put that? in theme-my-login-custom.php?
