    Hey Solodin,

    Thanks for the link. We haven’t seen that plugin before so I would say unless they are adding the additional information to the product cart item then it probably won’t be compatible out of the box.

    Our plugin captures the shopping cart itself (the whole cart session basically) so whatever data is in there will be carried across.

    Does the cart get restored with the extra product items? Maybe the items are there but just not in the display on the backend or in the email.

    No, that’s the problem: when a user emails the cart containing an item with options, only the bare parent products is restored when they click the link. Any and all options that were selected are not restored.

    Hi Solodin,

    Ahh I understand. Unfortunately the add-ons must be controlled separately with this particular product addons plugin, so currently it won’t be compatible.
