Adding DVD to site

you mean you want people to be able to watch the dvd from your site or what?

If so it can be done…. first make sure you are allowed to legally do this

After that you could probably rip the dvd to a video file…. you’d have to google for info on that

once you have a video file it can be displayed using a video plugin

But, a dvd is going to make a huge file, it will be hard to work with. You would need to ftp it to your sevrer, and link it from one of the plugins, like viper’s video quicktags

A DVD? That would most likely be too big to upload through the WP interface.

You would need to use ftp to get it to a server.

It’s then as simple really as creating a link, like any other link in WP, with the path to the file

Hmm – sounds simple but the DVD is for sale using wp-ecommerce.
I don’t really even know what file format it needs to be and how to secure the file/s.
