Adding Dutch translation, but it's not working

I added the Dutch translation. You can pick it up here:
https://timelord.nl/tmp/However, it doesn’t work. I disabled the plugin, removed all the newsletter* fields from wp_options, and re-activated. But all is still in English.
Also, at the Configuration page, I pressed Reset, but it is still in English.
WPLANG is set to nl_NL, so it should work afaik.
