Adding drop down sub menu to Beauty Anime theme

  • I’ve recently set up a new blog using the Beauty Anime theme: https://themepix.com/wordpress-themes/beautyanime/

    I’m having difficulty getting my head around displaying sub pages on the menu bar without messing up the css.

    I have tried setting the depth to 2,3 4 etc which works, it displays the sub pages but it shows them on the menu all the time rather than just when the main page menu title is hovered over.

    Any tips, help would be appreciated ??

    I have also tried installing drop down menu plugins, but would prefer to try and tweak the css with this theme.
