    Could you elaborate what you mean by ‘add discount’? What type of discounts would you like to add?

    Adding fees to existing shipping methods is not possible, but with WooCommerce Advanced Shipping (Note that is without the ‘Free’) you can add costs to your created shipping methods.
    So you can create a new shipping rate called ‘Local delivery’.

    I am actually making a site for takeaway restaurant. I am using advanced free shipping as collection. And it is necessary as there are lot more conditions. Any way but the offer 10%discount on every collection. If I can manage that in here then it would be great and solve all the problems.
