    Hi. I’m using the free version but would upgrade if the feature exists.

    Only direct payments are accepted on my shop, therefore the Admin creates the orders. Some clients pay a deposit, how would I add this to the order so that it may reflect on the Invoice?

    Hello @firebride

    If the admin creates orders then I assume that he also creates invoices (invoices are not set as Automatic).
    In the invoice creation/editing window there is the Paid input for entering the paid amount and the Payment status select for setting the invoice status (Due or Paid). Please use these two settings.

    The following information will be visible on the invoice:
    – the total value of the invoice
    – the value of the payment (deposit)
    – and the remaining value due

    In the field with Notes admin can also enter additional information about the deposit.
