Hi @kyekyeku,
The Client Portal adds a front-end portal for your contacts to access key data linked to your CRM. This works by storing a link between a CRM contact and a WordPress user. You can choose whether you want Jetpack CRM to automatically create your WordPress users for you, or these can be created manually when editing a specific contact.
It sounds like you’d like to automatically create your WordPress users and send them passwords, in that case, you can navigate to the universal setting in Jetpack CRM > Settings > Client Portal and select Generate WordPress Users for new contacts
.

Then, you can customize the welcome message that includes user passwords at Jetpack CRM -> Settings -> Mail Templates, open up the “Your Client Portal” template. Make sure “Activate” is toggled on the top right corner. The picture below shows an inactive client portal system email template.

If you’d like to manually generate individual client portal logins, you can do that by navigating to each Contact’s page (‘Viewing Contact’) > Client Portal > and click on Generate WordPress User

Once you’ve generated a new user, Jetpack CRM will send an email to that user with login details to their client portal.

**Note:** this process creates a ‘Jetpack CRM Customer’ user role. This is a limited capability role (so they cannot access much of the admin panel).
