Adding custom section to homepage

  • I have been customizing my charitize theme, and have my slider working etc. But the static page I have used for my homepage doesnt show the content of the page. Is there anyway to do this? I want to have some custom information on my frontpage not just the available sections of the theme.

    Thanks for the reply, yes i followed the documentation but I dont see anywhere detailing how I can add custom sections to my homepage.

    The page being used for the static homepage has content but this content does not show. If i enable the donation section some of the content appears withing that, but this is not what im looking for.

    I will send the mail now, what details are required? Thanks again
