Adding Custom Logos to WP Sites

  • I am creating custom logos for each of my WP sites.

    What-where is the correct location-path within WP to upload these icon files?

    I assume it is Appearance > Theme Options > Favicon? or Default Open Graph Image? Custom Default Post Image? or other?

    If these are favicons, upload them to the Media Library, and then select and set them in Appearance > Customize > Site Identity.
