adding custom fonts from font deck to twenty twelve theme

Hey guys, my site https://ultimaterecruits.com needs 2 custom fonts from fontdeck (Clarendon, and Syntax)
How do I go about adding it to my twentytwelve theme?
ALso how to add it to change the font on the nav to clarendon as well. thanks!
