Adding custom fileds in Frontend Dashboard Custom Post

  • Using frontend dashboard custom post and taxonomies I have added a new menu with slug “product” that is from woocommerce.
    Now in the edit form field only 6 fields are coming
    1. Title
    2. Content
    3. Product Categories
    4. Product Tags
    5. Featured Image
    6. Post Status
    Now the problem is if I add new custom field and link it to the product post type then the form field shows in the editing option but the existing slug like “post_exerpt” “regular_price” etc are not woking.
