Adding custom fields to user lists

    hi,

    I was wondering whether custom fields can be displayed in the top level category columns user lists without having to click on the actual profile individually to do so? Currently i note that the category’s are
    Avatar
    Name
    About
    Posts
    [custom field here]
    [custom field here]

    Also, is it possible to be able to edit these custom fields when the user is logged into the back end of wordpress? Currently there only seems to be an option of editing it on the wordpress front end section.
