Adding Custom Fields to Paid Membership Pro

Hey guys. So currently I’m using paid membership pro on my wordpress membership site. I need to add more fields like:
(Required) First name
(Required) Last Name
(Required) Mailing Address
(Required) City
(Required) State
(Required) Postal Code
(Required) Date of Birth
(Required) Email address
(Optional) Email Secondary
(Optional) Phone Number (Home)
(Optional) Phone Number (Work)
(Required) Phone Number (Cell)
(Optional) Company
(Optional) Company Website
(Optional) Who recruited you?
(Optional) Why did you join?Some of the fields are required and some are optional. I was trying to add theses extra fields without having to edit the code, but after doing some research i found that i will have to edit the code.
I’m coming to the forum to see if anyone has a better solution to this problem. Hopefully im just making it out to be harder than it really is.. Thanks for all your help..
