Adding Custom Field

Hopefully someone can help this coding dumb head (me)

So I am working on a page and want to pull in a custom field. I am going to try to provide everything I can think of here..

Theme is Sydney Pro
Editor is Site Origin

I am trying to make some information easily modified for a wp admin to update..

I want to add this to a page (Not a post)so I did this -> https://prntscr.com/jczlwj

I got this on my page -> https://prntscr.com/jczm74

no surprise it didn’t work – couldn’t have been this easy.

I want the person charged with keeping up this information an easy way to add the date (they updated the totals) to the page. Clear as mud right??.
