Adding credit card as payment option

I already have PayPal as my gateway, do I need another one or it could be solved with PayPal?

PayPal Standard (included with the core EDD plugin) won’t allow you to accept credit cards on your site.

You would need to add another gateway such as Stripe, or PayPal Pro/PayPal Express. I’ve included links to both options below:

Can I use both PayPal and Stripe at the same time?

Yes, that’s correct, you can have multiple payment gateways active on your site. At checkout customers can select the one they want to use, PayPal or credit card.

I’m from Croatia and when I filter all gateways available for my country only 2 of them are listed:

Does this mean that I can’t use Stripe?

Also, I have one more doubt, maybe this is question for someone else, but if you know please help me out or point me in right direction:
how payment works on Stripe? Are funds after clients purchase directed to my bank account or it works somehow else?

Per the Stripe website, it unfortunately isn’t available for use in Croatia.

To put it very simply, customers pay on your site with a credit/debit card and the funds are collected via Stripe. Stripe then transfers those funds into your bank account.
