what do u mean by counter bar?

oops i mean banner not bar lol

its a small banner like on most sites, telling us the number of users have visited on the site.

Try searching Google for “visitor counter”, or maybe the Codex?

There’s also free services like w3counter.com and sitemeter.com. I’ve used both successfully on my blogs. You sign up, get the code, and insert it in your template file where you want the counter to appear.
