Adding "Contact Us" and "Customer Service" Pages to my site

  • I am new to WP and have a few basic questions.

    I would like to add “About Us” and “Customer Service” pages to my site.

    Does WP have ‘templates’ or ‘widgets’ for such pages or do I simply create generic pages and add the necessary text?

    You can just create the pages you need and add your necessary content. Your theme will take care of the styling and layout. You may find use for certain widgets or plugins for specific elements, but you can start with basic content and tweak as you go.
