Adding complex related fields at once (and repeat)

Is it possible to combine multiple fields (for example a text box and a checkbox)? I am trying to create a repeatable custom field that has more than one type of boxes (as noted). The underlying issue is how to link together two repeatable fields (a custom complex field) and then have it repeat.
Is this possible using any of the meta or relational fields?
