Adding comments on home page

I would like to have the ‘post a comment’ section for EACH post on the home page.

Ideally, when the user types a comment and hits ‘submit’, the comment will appear under the post STILL on the home page (and not brig you into the actual post)

I added ‘<?php $withcomments = true; comments_template();?>’ to index.php however this presents a few issues. When all the comment fields are display the user can’t hit ‘TAB’ to bring the cursor down to the next box.

Any themes that have this built in?
