Adding Color to Text

I have a Category named Hot & Spicy
In the Category Name field I entered<p><span style="color: #ff0000;">Hot & Spicy</span></p></a>You can chage the color # to meet your needs.
I am using Easy Google Fonts pluging to change my fontsSee my webpage https://liangs-garden.com/menu/take-out-delivery-menu
The out put is now “Hot & Spicy” in red.
