Adding circles to the home page

  • I am new to the forum so please be gentle with me ??

    I have changed my theme to ‘spun’ in order to get a circle for each of my services (I offer household maintenance and a few add ons. 5 services in total).

    My idea was to have a circle for each service on the homepage that people could click on, taking them to a more informative ‘service’ page.

    I have used WordPress before, but still a bit of a novice.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Hey ipottering,

    I am not an expert but the things I have managed to do are (as far as I remember):

    – Create posts for each services to have circles on the HomePage
    – Make them sticky
    – Install a plugin to reorder (like “Post Types order”)so you can order them like you want.
    I think that is all you need to do.
