Adding Chinese language into widgets

  • When I add chinese characters into a sidebar widget, the widget disappears completely. Using phpMyAdmin I already tried to change the collate type for wp_posts to unicode but it still isn’t working.

    Does anyone know which entry in the database should be changed to allow asian characters in sidebar widgets? Thanks ??
