Adding categories and subcategories

Right now the free edition does not allow what we call category mapping.

It’s a form for pairing up category terms in your data to existing categories. We do this when the data may be slightly different and we do not have more categories created.

During category creation it allows us to pair categories and during post creation it allows us to assign posts to existing categories if it be parent, child or child of another child category.
