Adding Button to Upper Right hand corner

  • I wish to add a button to the upper right hand side of my web site which uses theme4press active theme evolve. The site is called https://summalcp.com/. The proposed button will be called “How Can We Help You?” and needs to be connected to a Contact 7 Form that contains fields asking for Name, Email address, Subject and Message. Once completed a customer will complete the Form 7 and then press the Send Button to send it to [email protected]. How do I do this? Can anyone direct me? Thanks, Gary
